At Velmora, every product is handcrafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a no-return policy once the product has been delivered.
No Returns on Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
- This policy ensures the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We do offer support in case of issues during delivery.

Requirements:
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory
- The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The product condition clearly
Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.
Resolution Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement product will be sent at no additional cost
OR
- In cases where replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued
No Returns for Personal Preference
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike (fragrance, texture, etc.)
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed quickly for dispatch.
