At Velmora, every product is handcrafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a no-return policy once the product has been delivered.


No Returns on Used or Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • This policy ensures the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We do offer support in case of issues during delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • Or an incorrect product

Requirements:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The product condition clearly

Requests without proper video proof may not be accepted.


Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be sent at no additional cost

OR

  • In cases where replacement is not possible, store credit will be issued

No Returns for Personal Preference

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal dislike (fragrance, texture, etc.)

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.
